Equipment checks & asset tracking
Replace paper-based apparatus equipment checks with digital checklists. Track missing items, and give chiefs historical visibility into equipment loss patterns and procurement spend.
Assign requirements to individual people
Today requirements can only be assigned to whole groups (departments). This adds the ability to assign a requirement to specific individuals, so you no longer have to create one-person groups or excuse half the department from a requirement.
In-app tutorials & onboarding
Guided tours, contextual help, and role-based onboarding flows so chiefs don't have to teach every new firefighter how to use the platform.
Scheduling system integration
Sync crew rosters directly from your scheduling software instead of re-entering them in Rescue Hub for training. This is the #1 frustration we hear from Training Officers today.
Event RSVP & self-signup
Let members RSVP to upcoming training events and let TOs solicit instructor availability without manual email chains. Includes capacity tracking, signup deadlines, and a clear roster view.

Smarter taskbooks
Taskbooks now auto-complete when all sections are signed off, supplemental content is easier to scroll through (less paper printing), and you can attach time and link task completion to training events.
Bulk task & taskbook checkoff
Check off the same skill for an entire class of recruits at once instead of clicking into each taskbook one by one. Includes "onboarding packages" so a new hire can be assigned a full set of requirements with one action, plus batch task completion for a whole crew after quarterly training.

Dashboard View
A redesigned dashboard that gives chiefs and line officers an at-a-glance view of who is overdue, who is incomplete, and where their crew stands. Includes platoon-level filtering and shareable graphs for leadership reporting.
Faster page loads
A multi-phase performance push focused on the slowest pages — asset loading, server-side queries, database indexes, and caching — to bring page load times down across the app.
Calendar quality-of-life fixes
Make the existing iCal / Google Calendar sync easier to find, and have the mobile calendar open on today instead of the Sunday of the current week. Small fixes that have an outsized impact on day-to-day use.
